Boudeoir offers complimentary delivery on orders over 80€ in France, 100€ in Europe and 150€ in USA & Canada. For any order less than or equal to the above amounts, the shipping fees will vary depending on your delivery country.
Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During seasonal times, like Christmas), order processing can take up to 5 business days. We kindly appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
We ship from our office in Paris, France. We currently ship within France and Europe with plans to expand to new countries soon.
Orders shipping in France will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders shipping in European countries and Canada & USA (continental) will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders shipping with an order value of 79,99€ or less have a flat rate of 10€ for home delivery and 8€ for pickup delivery. Orders shipping with an order value of 80,00€ or more have free shipping.
Orders shipping with an order value of 99,99€ or less have a flat rate of 15€ for home and pickup delivery. Orders shipping with an order value of 100,00€ or more have free shipping.
If you wish to receive our exclusive products, we also offer Express shipping through our partner DHL and the flat rate is 20€ and 25€ for respectively France and Europe for all orders.
Canada & USA (continental)
Orders shipping with an order value of 149,99€ or less have a flat rate of 30€ for home delivery. Orders shipping with an order value of 150,00€ or more have free shipping.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Reunion Island, Guadeloupe Island, Canary Islands, Funchal Island, Cyprus, Malta.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations
Returns costs from the following countries are your charge: Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, Norway, Spain (Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla).
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase from retail locations or within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be turned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be used or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All packaging must be returned.
- You must present a valid receipt.
Sale and discount productions are eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, we invite you to do so up to 4 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make these changes quickly. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the products unused for a full refund.
We provide real time tracking information on all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at email@example.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and we will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out directly and offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience.
